They make a lasting contribution to students, communities, economies and the world. Below are our different funds in different areas of research and support services.

AASC 50 for 50 Fund:
This fund supports oral history projects, such as The Collective Memories Project, that document the histories and impact of Asian Americans and the UCLA Asian American Studies Center. This fund was created in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Asian American Studies at UCLA, to honor the campus and community voices that led to a more inclusive university.
Asian American Studies Center Fund:
This fund supports a wide range of campus and community-based programs related to research.
21st Century Fund:
This fund provides support for undergraduate scholarships, graduate fellowships, and internships for UCLA students in Asian American studies.
Friends of the Reading Room:
Your gift provides support for the Center's Reading Room and Library and the preservation of archival collections and digitization of materials to enhance knowledge about Asian American and Pacific Island studies.
Friends of EthnoCommunications Fund:
Your donation provides support to the Center for EthnoCommunications' programs and activities.
Don T. Nakanishi Award for Outstanding Engaged Scholarship in Asian American & Pacific Islander Studies Fund:
This fund provides support for faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students for their outstanding practical research, publications, teaching, training, and/or educational service to Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
