Biographical Information

As the Coordinator for Student & Community Projects at the UCLA Asian American Studies Center, Meg serves as an Advisor for Asian American and Pacific Island student organizations; assists students with volunteer and internship opportunities; administers the AASC Fellowships, Prize and Scholarship program; facilitates campus and community engagement in the Asian Pacific American Community Research Roundtable; and oversees publication of the Asian American and Pacific Islander Community Directory for  Los Angeles and Orange County.

Meg has served in vital leadership roles for several local and national organizations such as UCLA Pilipino Alumni Association, Search to Involve Pilipino Americans, Filipino American National Historical Society, and Service Network for Asian Pacific Youth, just to name a few.

Meg is an alumna of UC San Diego, having completed a BS in Biology and Minor in Urban Studies and Planning. She also completed the Certificate Program in Fundraising and Development through UCLA Extension.
