The Migration Study Group, the East Asian Library, the Asian American Studies Department, and the Asian American Studies Center are pleased to present an:

Author-meets-critics panel on new book
Contemporary Chinese America: Immigration, Ethnicity, and Community Transformation

Author: Min Zhou (Sociology & Asian American Studies, Walter and Shirley Wang Endowed Chair in US-China Relations and Communications, UCLA)

Critics: Leland Saito (Sociology, University of Southern California) and Jan Lin (Sociology, Occidental College)

Faculty member Min Zhou will present and have a discussion on her new book, "Contemporary Chinese America." Min Zhou was the former chair of the Asian American Studies Department and is the current Walter and Shirley Wang Endowed Chair.
