Subscription based in the U.S., shipping fees are included in subscription rates. International subscriptions, please add an additional $25 per year. Single issues purchase in U.S., please add $5.00 for first journal issue and $2.00 for each additional journal issue. For international single issue purchase, please add $15.00.
